Do you think all the Skyborne success emails have gone out or do we think there are some left to go? I’m still waiting

Same. Seems they went out on Friday. They said on the day they let people know first if they've progressed.

Does anyone know if there's an aptitude/assessment part of the upcoming Skyborne interviews, doesn't say anything on the docs so assumed not but still?

I'd recommend picking Skyborn in future. At least you don't waste time and money going to Waterside to do the testing for FTE. 7 hours for a few tests and a bland group exercise was ridiculous. Then they asked for us to bring certificates which no one checked, we just had to take photos of them on an ipad. Then there was an issue and made us do it again. Typical BA service. Not sure the point of old school paper tests for a few multiple choice tests. Good luck to those left in the process. We all know BA are a horrendous airline and it was always about the free training and moving on to a proper airline once the handcuffs were off.

Have you received a rejection from BA/FTE? I attended the FTE assessment at Waterside and I'm still yet to hear anything...

Someone sounds bitter because they didn’t progress. Those who went Skyborne are also going to waterside for interview, and will then go there if they get through that stage for a BA assessment.

And for what it’s worth, they can tell a lot about an individual from a group exercise. Maybe there lies your issue, that you treated it as a bland assessment.

Take this is an opportunity to have a reality check and try something else.

If you’re already this bitter about one of the best airlines to work for in the UK, and you haven’t even started flying yet, then this job isn’t for you!

Your mental health is going to take a pounding if you go into this gig already this angry with it. Normally people start off naive and starry eyed and then the reality of the job sets in. Can only imagine how bad you’ll be after your third 4am arrival from Tenerife on the bounce.

Follow your actual passion, don’t go down this path because it’s cool to ‘be a pilot’. Not least because misery is infectious and the thousands of other flight and cabin crew you’d come into contact with across a career don’t need the attitude anymore than you do.

I've not heard anything but interested in this too, it says not, just Q&A + Interview...

lol you sound like one of those guys who tells a girl “you’re ugly anyway I never really wanted you”, once they’ve been rejected. I’ll echo what everyone else has said, sort out the attitude cos I’d hate to be next to such a nagging nancy in future

Do everyone a favour, and unless you fix your bitter and self entitled, too good for it attitude - never set foot in a flight deck. Bit of maturity wouldn’t have been amiss in such a competitive process. At least the weeding out of certain characters is working in the assessments, evidentially.
