Simulator assessments

Hi everyone,

I am looking for some guidance on VOR radial intercepts according to EASA for a simulator assesment for Austrian Airlines. This includes holds, SIDs, STARs.
Is there any official document where this is prescribed? Or does anyone have a reference for PAN OPS?

Applied once the application was open, think this was October or something. DLR in November, then simulator march.
