Hi,
I applied back in May. Firstly, they do a Tripod test, which is sort of personality test. Tripod sends the outcome (report) and also you have an interview with a person from Tripod, who, in my understanding, writes a report about you to PAS Aviation. Secondly, I attended an online interview with two people from PAS Aviation, where they asked about Xfly (if I know about the company), my personal motivations to become a pilot with Xfly and some operational questions to check the common sense. I failed this part. However, if not a failure, then there would be a simulator check in Paris on CRJ sim. They also told that they are collecting a pool of applicants, hence no start date, if any at all.
My personal takeaway from the process: the process is very professional and thought off; however, they are just forming a pool of applicants. It seems they have enough type-rated applicants.
All the best,
