Thank you everyone.
This will, hopefully, reach regulators in some places in Europe and the US with the purpose of having some real time information reaching the pilots before committing to such expensive training if there is no job at the end of it!
The university is also supporting the project and hopefully, it will lead to improvement in future pilot hiring programs.
