Hi Sergio,

I do not have any feedback concerning the selection process as I just sent all the requested documents.
However, do you receive an answer from Brussels Airlines for an assessment appointment ?

Thanks

Do other people who have applied speak fluent french or dutch? I heard that they have about 1000 CV's already. Most of course not with the language requirements.

Hi,
Were any of you invited to the selections? I haven't heard anything since I applied on August 24. My profile is ATPL frozen, cadet level with 350 h (speak fluent french).

Hi BenFlight,

I didn’t get an assessment appointment for the moment. But I know a cadet pilot who has been called few weeks ago and he has to pass the RH assessment the 03/10.

So I can see they started calling people... I don't know if this can be considered a good news or a bad one...

Hey, here is in short what to expect:

Day 0, at home: Personality questionnaire
Day 1: ATPL questions + cognitive tests (something comparable to CUT-E, COMPASS etc... but different)
Day 2: Technical interview
Day 3: HR interview
Day 4: Simulator screening (A320)
Day 5: Group exercise

At the end of each day (or a few days later) you will be notified whether you're invited to the next step or not. Expect anything from 0 day to 10 days+ between each step. The order of the steps seems to somewhat vary depending on their capacity of the moment. Some stages can also be grouped in one single day sometimes (tech ITW, HR ITW, group exercise...).

Good luck!

Hey,
Does anyone have any feedback regarding the cognitive tests used by Brussels Airlines ? Are candidates allowed pencil and paper or is it all mental reasoning ?

Hello folks.

So the Brussels Airlines "DLR like" is the compass test correct? Where do you practice this test?

Is this the same at the Skytest App use on android for example to practice for the DLR?

Does anyone know if any candidates without French/Dutch have been called for the assessment?
