Smartwings pilot recruitment

Hello guys,
I would like to ask you if there is someone among of you who works as a pilot in Smartwings or has taken part in a pilot assessment in this airline. I got invitation from them for the assessment and I have a few questions.
All the best,
Tom

Hello,

Not yet on my side.

What's your background if I may ask?

Thanks

just saw today that the TR must be self-funded if not type rated on the 737. do they mean that you have to pay for the whole 737 TR? because if that's the case RYR might be a better choice to go for.

May I ask when you got the reply? I had trouble applying because apparently their "inbox is full".
You got any details as to when the assessment is happening and the way it is structured?
Wish you all the best for the assessment!

Yes, you have to pay for the whole TR.
Yes, RYR is better in this case.

Did you send just your CV to their email? There's not an online application to fill, right?

Did you guys get a "application accepted" type of email first, or were you immediately invited to the assessment? Just got the "we are reviewing your application" type of email.

The assessment days were fixed, from 10 to 16 of October, so my guess is that they are evaluating all candidates and they will get back to us with a date within this window

good luck
