Hi there,

I have some online psychometric assessments to do for TMA, was wondering if anyone has any experience with them or can point me in the right direction to what to study for? I have a limited amount of time so any help would be great!

I can't answer that for you unfortunately, but i wanted to ask you when did you apply to TMA? Just checked on their website and they are not currently hiring.

Mettl psychometric/ aptitude test

Hello everyone,

Has anyone got any experience with a Mettl test? These online tests are what Trans Maldivian are currently using.

Looks like we're in the same boat.. I've been unable to find anything online as well.

From what I can gather, they have a wide range of tests and questions tailored to companies that use their services. It may be best to look at generic psych testing practices.

JackyP hello and congrats on receiving an invitation to the Mettl test for TMA., to be honest with you I did the tests a few years ago and personally I did not find them easy at all.
Psychometrics, Math Questions, Analyzing Data, Logical Puzzle questions, Cognitive ability, Questions in real-life situations (how will you react if your other flight crew member.... etc...

may I ask, what is your experience in seaplane operations?
