Return Boeing MAX : consequences on recruitments

Hello guys.

Do you think the recruitments will be massive, especially for Ryanair, when the MAX will be back to service?
Trying to understand the impact it will have on the market.

If the answer is YES, then those well versed in critical path analysis will be busy.......
