BA Assessments

Hi
Can anyone point me to a page which has relevant advice for BA's current recruitment, particularly the first stage assessment?

Thanks

The selection process in a nutshell:

Application form and CV submission.
Stage 1: Maths, verbal reasoning, capacity test.
Stage 2: Interview, group exercise.
Stage 3: simulator assessment.
Hold pool of up to 1 year.

They need A320 peeps - they do have recently qualified pathway. Current recruitment is for experienced and A320 type rated preferred. All the best of luck .....

Has anyone recently attended a stage 1? Wondering if anyone can shed some light into their multiple choice math test?

Nothing difficult, but very time pressured, unlikely to finish all the questions due to shear volume. Percentages, areas, volumes, basic division, multiplication. I believe accuracy is the name of the game, don't guess any, if you can't do it, just move on.

if you’re fluent it wouldn’t be a problem, I know many in BA with English as a second language. How many A320 hours do you have?

I'm quite fluent, but not level 6, I'm currently flying for another company, I'm at the beginning of the line training, not many hours.
