There are no more Psychologist interview slots available and rejection emails started going out yesterday.
i know how frustrating and disappointing it is, I've been there plenty of times too but the attitude and tone of some of the responses here will be your own downfall. We all know nobody gets this scheme in their first year (and very few in their second).
Remain positive, take each year as an opportunity to learn and develop and come back next year fighting.
I've no idea how EI work so they may go on to make a reserve list or something similar.

There are people in Jerez right now for EI who got in first time. There are also people this time round who were first timers and some of the first to get a medical.

From what I’ve read, candidates are still receiving email invites to the psych interviews up until a day or two ago.
As for the rejection emails, Aer Lingus use an application tracking system which sends out automated rejection emails to applicable candidates at the click of a button. If they have indeed come to the end of the selection process, most likely every unsuccessful candidate would have received an email by now if some have already been sent, and certainly around the same time.

FFfrusciante, just wondering where you got your info from in relation to the psych interview slots and rejection emails?

I have heard nothing, good nor bad. I even emailed to check up on my application and didn’t receive a reply there either.
I’m sure there are others awaiting replies, too.
