EasyJet MPL stage 3 assessment Cae Oxford

Hello guys
Can anyone who has attended this assessment before please go into detail on how the day will pan out.
Im trying to build a revision pack as im attending this in early decemeber and would like to do as well as i can
Does anyone know what kind of personal real life questions they will ask

Hi Tia,

The documentation that CAE send you through in advance is really very good and gives a very thorough description of how the day pans out.

You will have a briefing from the easyJet assessors, group exercises and an interview.

Do your research on the company, have some recent scenarios in mind for the competency questions in the interviews, participate in the group exercises and most importantly be yourself!

Does anyone know or heard of anything about the MPL generation EasyJet opening up anytime soon?

You've missed out on it by a matter of weeks unfortunately. I believe 2020 is the soonest that they'll begin to receive applications again, due to a backlog of existing students who are in limbo between Stage 2 & 3.
