Those FI instructing who complete the MCC/ JOC or APS/MCC to a good standard are, as we speak, being recruited into UK/Irish Airlines.
Jobs are available to competent guys without 1000+ hours. If you cut the mustard you will find employment by applying yourself. A satisfactory SIM ride is critical.
It is good to see TR courses with bonding schemes are available.
TITAN broke the mold recently with their scheme.
