Old exam dates, how specific?
I've been filling out application forms for MPL opportunities on L3. Now when it asks me for my Exam qualifications like GCSE's and A Levels it asks for day/month/year. Only problem is, I have no idea, and for the life of me cannot find my old exam results. I have them saved onto my C.V but only the year that I took them, not the day. How accurate does this information need to be? and will it possibly hinder my application if the dates I enter for my exams are wrong by a month or so?
Any advice on this would be great, I suppose the obvious thing would be to try and root out all my old qualifications...

On my application for L3 (now ex student) I just put 1st July and whatever year. That's roundabout exam season. I don't think it really matters. However, I'm pretty sure you'll need the certificates to prove you have the required 'qualifications'..

That's what I did, I just put the 1st of the Month because a few of mine only have the month and year.
I also agree that you do need the certificates and you are asked to bring them with you. You might not think you'll need them but you do. I sat my Scottish Standard Grade (GCSE equiv) English almost 15 years ago and I still needed to prove I did it.
When you attend Dibden for the PILAPT you will handover all your certificates and they will check them and return them after you've sat PILAPT.
I was also told I wouldn't be allowed to continue in the process because the English grade I had (from 15 years ago) had to be one grade higher and I had no acceptable English qualification despite having many other qualifications. I have just sat GCSE English in order to reach this minimum standard.

Thank you for your responses. After tearing through all of my drawers and under my bed I cannot find my results. So, I guess I'll have to get in touch with the awarding bodies and see if they can reprint my qualifications for a fee, I'll cross that bridge when I get to it, see if they even accept my initial application. For now, I'll put the 1st of July.
