Hey guys! I"m new here, and I"m also interested to take a part and apply this Wizz-Air program.
I have a question about the reputation that Wizz air pilots get. On the hand, you get a contract for 3 year that you can accomplish more than 1500 hours for your ATPL, but I"ve heard that it would be hard to get a job in western EU airlines after you worked for Eastern EU airlines companys.
Is it true? Someone knows a Wizz Air/Eastern EU airline who works for western company?

Hey guys,
I did my profile xt today and gonna be in Vilnius on 18th of April.
Anyone else?
I thought they gonna let us know if we passed the xt test in order to go for the next assessments, but it seems we will get to know the final results after, right?

Profile xt is a psychologic test, it's not with true or false, pass or reject. They want to see what kind of guy(or girl) you are, if you are not retarded (medical condition), you are a man of action or a man of thinking, if you are able to take a decision and stick to it, and stuff like this. Let's say, hypothetically, that they are looking for somebody who likes to be a leader, be able to successfully invent/improvise/improve stuff based on technically knowledge, likes to go on long walks on the beach, and is a team player, they analyze the profile xt and compass test results and the interview, and if you are in the graph, you're in.
It's the kind of test that they use in US in primary school or somewhere like there, and the result are like, this child will be a good sales man/politician/detective/leader/etc because he have this kind of aptitudes x/y/z/...., and would be a good way for him in the future.

the personality test is the one where there is no right or wrong answer.
However for the XT test, there is only one section that is the personality test, the rest there is definitely right/wrong answers

About the English test I wasn't told that I have to acquire a minimum number of points, just to be done in 30min all 50 questions if I remember right.
And you're right momo95, thinking about it a little, I recall there are two different parts that require the right answer.
But guys, really, profile xt test isn't a combination between quantum physics and neuroscience, and isn't the type of test you should prepare for. They just want to see who you are.
Another thing, you aren't allowed to use a calculator. There was a guy in my first day that brought one for the compass test, but the lady there told him it isn't allowed.

Yes, I did mine on 27-28 of march. I am the type of guy who went pretty confident on me and my knowledge, especially for the compass test, so I didn't prepare for it. But I will say that I had pretty good results on the sky test preparation for ATC that a friend had, but that was something like a year and a half ago.
In the interview part, they asked me some things from my CV, and more about me, like what are my hobbies, what i think my friends think about me, what would the instructors write about me in their reports after 1.5 years, why do I want to be a pilot, and other questions probably meant to know me and more about my willing to be a pilot. This was my first interview ever, so dont't know exactly how it should be, but I was pleased about myself. So the only advice for the interview would be to be as honest as someone can be, and be yourself, don't try to build a "perfect" person for this.
And after 3 days, i received an email to inform about the fact that I passed their assesment, and will send my file to Wizz. And they will decide to call me or not for the interview.

Depending on what your questions are, much of the things to be said are on this thread. But if you have some particular ones, write them here, and if possible, I, or somebody else will try to answer. I have passed the assessment with BAA, and now waiting to see if Wizz will consider my file and call me for an interview.

First of all, congratulations ! crossing fingers for you to pass.
I have 3 major questions that I didn't get the right answers:
1. What are that minimum educational grades that I need to get an assessment?
2. There are a lot of options to study for the assessment, but which site is the best from skytest, latest pilot job or pilot aptitude test? Because all of them looks good, but the question which of the three is more recommended?
3. What is the level really of the English grammar test?
thanks Apitu!

2. As I said, I didn't prepare at all for the compass test. But, I dont't think that there is somebody who bought all of the preparation programme, and can say that one of them is the best. The idea is to prepare, the actual compass test I think is registered as a mark, and can't be used by somebody else. The main ideea is that they all do the same thing, but slightly different. My best advice would be to look at the demos, an choose which one looks more ok to you.
3. The English grammar test isn't so bad, but you need to have a minimum of knowledge and understanding of English language.
About your first question, the BAA site doesn't mention any minimum grades, but they say that they are testing the knowledge of math and physics. For example, in my high school I had a minimum training in physics, but managed to acquire them from my other "hobbies". So my grades that can be proven with papers are low to none, but practical I can demonstrate I have the knowledge and understanding of what i know.

I'm still waiting for an interview with SmartLynx although I initially applied to Wizz. Has anyone been in the same situation?
I went to Vilnius a few weeks ago, assessment went ok, I was offered an interview with SL a week later.
