Ryanair base preferences: Do they effect your application?

Ryanair base preferences: Do they effect your application?
CAE ask for three preferences. I recently heard they are desperate for people for certain southern bases, so do your preferences effect your chances of getting a job? If so, and you don't mind which base you get, which preferences should you put? Also, given the different tax rates and living costs, which bases pay the best?

There's no effect on your application ! They need pilots almost everywhere except in the southern bases cause every pilots ask for them (Spain + overseas). Eventually by southern you can consider Morocco, Italy, Greece as well and they need pilots there. For money the best bases are Eastern European bases, life is cheap but is shit so it's up to you if you to choose.
