I went to Dublin in July m for an other scheme. I slept in an hostel in the city centre. Cost me 20 EUR per night, took the aircoach (around 10 EUR) at 6 and did my assessment at 8 am. I'll probably do the same. It's very easy and quit cheap

That means it's over with the calls, and probably everybody else will get one. Darn it!

Many Thanks
Don't bother with the Mac, try it on a PC. If it still doesn't work, temporarily disable your antivirus software and download the latest version of Adobe Reader. If it still doesn't open, PM me your email and I'll email you the two PDFs.

I was just thinking about this a few seconds ago, and entered here to ask the same question. Should I give them a call too?

Hi,

Does anyone have any idea if this is a financially sponsored programme similar to the BAFPP? Or if in the previous years, Aer Lingus have funded the cadets through training?

Cheers all.

Two things:

1) CRB check: is that the Disclosure Scotland website?

2) Ishihara vision certificate: I called my local Specsavers and they said they don't give certificates, and that if something was wrong with my colour vision they'd simply refer me... does anyone know where we can obtain a copy of this vision certificate A/L want?

pjHarb -

I had the same thing. If you pop in to a store they will provide you with a quick test and a small signed letter confirming that you passed the test.
As long as you have contact details attached the letter it should be ok. I had mine accepted last time.

1) I assume so, that's the one I'm going to have to use!

2) I actually had the test done at my Specsavers but they said that I'd have to have a whole eye test done. I just explained the situation; they gave me a statement on letter headed paper that I had taken and passed the test and the optician signed it and put her details on the letter if needed. It cost me a tenner and I was in and out in 40 mins.
