Penalty points on drivers licence
This is my first post, so hello all.
I am looking to apply to the easyjet mpl and the ba fpp when it opens. Unfortunately I have accumulated 3 penalty points on my drivers licence for speeding on the motorway.
Does anyone know if this will inhibit me with my application?

Yes it will restrict you getting any job greater than a binman now forever, not to mention the airline will find out about that pint of Stella you snuck down when you were 16 years old

de minimus non curat lex
Your three points are not regarded as a criminal offence, and will not appear on your criminal records check : disclosure Scotland
You may well be asked to disclose your driving record. DO SO IN FULL.
Failure to do so will put you in severe jeopardy of being sacked (gross misconduct) even years down the line if they are looking for an excuse.
They probably won't even mention it during the selection process.
Now D&D would be an entirely different matter
