Advertising on their site for AOC captains for many months now.
700 hours minimum, DA42 experience preferred.
What's the deal? can't find candidates? (2-3% of applications get offers), issues with conditions and roster? publicity stunt? paying 500 quids for interview?

£500 for a job interview is outrageous enough -the fact it's for a bottom feeding bunch of nobodies flying the almighty Diamond TwinStar makes it all the more laughable.
