JAA A320 SIC Rating to FAA ATP

Is there anybody who has faced a similar problem trying to get their JAA A320 SIC rating put onto an FAA ATP.

Nobody at the ACTUAL FAA seems to be able to help me

Im a UK citizen working in the US currently flying the Embraer 190 and have a full FAA ATP licence.

I also have a frozen ATPL (JAA) with A320 rating but am unsure what I need to do to get it transferred to my FAA ATP.

The Australian CASA would not put it on my Australian licence because it is an SIC rating.

They only accept PIC type rating now which IRKS me because it is exactly the same thing as when my A320 rating was done as an SIC rating.

I dont want to lose the rating but cannot afford to keep renewing JAA licence and A320 whilst flying over here on my FAA ATP. The A320 has lapsed.

If you do get the rating onto an Australian or American ATP licence it is there for good, not like Europe where after 3 or 5 years it is lost if not renewed.

Any help will be much appreciated.
