Buying a TR without any airline job lined up to get you sufficient hours on type is suicide in my opinion. As for the EZY tr, it is a 3 year contract starting at £38,000 and it is extremely unlikely you would not get it renewed after the 3 years (unless you do something very stupid). In most people's cases, it is simply throwing good money after bad, I mean after spending £90,000 + on an integrated and having no job, it would be very foolish to refuse one for another 38k and end up with absolutely nothing meaning you have more or lesss lost everything. I am saying what the situation is for many, whether I am happy with this situation is another story, do not shoot the messenger !
