Impossible to tell now what a "normal" roster would look like. Today one plane was flying out of auh, but nothing scheduled for the next couple of days.
In general "normal" circumstances you can expect to fly maximum hours from any Wizzair base, and if you consider no layover (meaning 2 sectors days), and taking the average sector lenght based on the flights for sale, you can have a fairly decent idea.

Still a number of pilots are forced into unpaid leave even though most of them gave up their bases in Europe and the option to return in a year or two just to join the ops in AUH fearing that they'll be next to let go after the rounds back in last April.
Some who are joined were recalled a few months after being laid off.
The good thing is that two ex-EK clowns sitting in management in BUD had their plans stalled to fill the seats in AUH with their ex-EK cronies, for now that is, at least.
T&C-s seems to be inconsistent in AUH: some are still in a hotel where they are put up by WZZ, some one their own, renting and some are back in Europe on unpaid. Heard different things about allowances which are not in line at all with the money advertised last year...

Compared to the numbers published there was 25% paycut, minus an extra 40% due to the forced unpaid leave.Considering the cost of life, people there are having a tough time, to say the least.

Correct me if I'm wrong, but the AUH ops at this moment consists of one aircraft flying to Athens and Alexandria only on what's a total of 3 flights per week or so. All the other aircraft have been parked at Al Ain.

Speechless. I have been told some base captains have been removed from their position, now each base captain is responsible for 5 or 6 bases and, supposedly, also a flight attendant is holding a base captain position now Seriously?

Is that even allowed by any European CAA? A base captain that doesn’t hold the required licenses.

Well it seems the substance came around for all the base captains who took part in the cleansing last year. The three regional captains are also replaced with ladies (FAs and an office manager). It's time to bring the popcorn.

I just hope EASA take part of the game. At the end is a safety related issue. Pilots fired definitely not by performance but sick days or unable to fly days off. Huge pressure remain on the pilots that still working for the company and also discriminatory black list for the pilots fired last April.
l wouldn’t like to be in the feet of any pilot management team or even Varadi

New "grading system" effective 1st of April 2021 scoring to a maximum of 100 points consisting of: lenght of service 40%, personal behaviour and performance 40% and social factors 20%. Go figure.

LOL! Who will assess social side and personality? Some base cpt again or local sheriffs? It's same thing again... As long as Varadi is there, airline won't change at all. His selfishness and greedy behavior has destroyed the airline moral fundamentals... No one will trust him anymore. Just because he fired EK chief pilot doesn't mean he corrected anything. He could do it a year ago but he didn't as layoffs brought him good financial benefits. Now he can accuse D.T. for this but pilots are not stupid to fall for that...

An airline where the head of cabin ops is an HR guy, the head of ground ops is an HR guy, the head of operations control is a flight attendant, the cabin crew regional manager is a crew planner, the flight ops regional "captains" are flight attendants, the head of digital revenue is a flight attendant.

they should apologize for all the pilots that they made suffer last year calling them bad apples.
and also to see how can compensate them and their families for the unfair and dirty things they did them.
only like this I will believe this people

They got rid of them because now they have Wizzair Abu Dhabi up and running and they did their dirty job and fired the number that they needed and they could even blame it on these clowns so why keep 'em, they're not cheap clowns )
