Dont expect anything special since to get in airserbia you need to know someone within company to "help" you.

The position is posted everywhere, so you would think they lack Serbian Pilots.
For me he pressure aint high. I have a Job, but for someone else who hasnt, I can imagine would love to apply in Air Serbia for a position as FO on B737.

Supply of pilots in Serbia is huge, there is however no demand. Maybe for DEC...

I dont know. I work in other Airline.
