Pay scales
Are the below pay scales (from pilotjobsnetwork) actually true?

TODA.1; the drop represents when FPP Cadets would have finished receiving the bond repayments from BA (£12k per year).
spider_man; the figure quoted for year 2 includes the basic salary; bond repayment; and flight allowances. It looks about right to me, but it's important to note the detail behind the figure. It's certainly not the same as a base salary of the same figure.

Those look like interesting figures. I wonder where you got them from?
The figures for easyJet is from these two places:
Latest news - easyJet plc
easyJet (UK Contract pilot jobs, payscales and entry requirements.)
G-FORC is correct for BA and thats what I assumed. I think it was mentioned at Waterside that the fleet pay is now fixed? The bond repayment is tax free.
For easyJet, its made up of base pay, sector pay (assuming 600 per year, this is a guess though) and loyalty bonus. Reading it in more detail, it might actually be the 5th year when the SFO pay grade kicks in.
For me I did the Maths to see if it was worth holding out for another year for the FPP or having a go at the easyJet MPL. It helped me make my mind up..
