Mollymawk is similar to the test runs.
you need 60% in basic aptitude which include english, science and math

25 points in spatial orientation, time sharing and working memories.

I am also a cadet 200 hours.

Thanks for that sait. Appreciate it.

I'm guessing you aptitude test scores are broken into points seeing that they are done in percentiles.

Hey. It went alright (in my opinion ofc). How was your sim session?

No dates for interview yet, they said that they will contact whether we have been successful or not about the interviews.

Any rumors about when the interviews could be? Seeing that I am traveling back to London tomorrow and don't want to come back a day later. No one at Freebird knows anything. Annoying.

I think you all have some news now right ?

Just a few questions:
- is the TR SS or will the company bond you for a few years and is it paid for you?
- what kind of contract will you get? Permanent or Seasonal?

Thanks guys and have a lot of fun on the A320!

I have participated their assessment last month. I'd like to answer your questions.

First you go through simulator test. It's within IFTC(Istanbul Flight Training Center), then they ask you to do visual approach, one engine out climb, raw data ils approach to LTAI.
Then you have to go through 11 pilot aptitude tests. These were the hardest part. Approximately %60 of applicants were eliminated during those tests.
After those tests, there is role-play interview with a captain and then interview with a psychologist from Netherlands. Those were easy.
I was able to pass all of those, until the general interview. It was quite good for me. But since they require references from Turkish pilot, I was not be the one who got selected. That might be different for expat pilots. I would like to answer your questions if you have any.

Thank you so much, you’ve been a great help.unfortunately,I couldn’t make it to the interview,as HR. contacted me and asked me to provide them with EU PASSPORT AND EASA licence,mt licence and passport if not in that category.
but I really wish I could fly for them

You're very welcome! I am sure you'll find a better opportunity. What makes you wanna fly with them that much, if you don't mind me asking?
