From what I've heard, this is the sequence:

You pay, you get typed, you pay, you fly and you're out. Next candidate please!

From Farnairs website:

The quality of our staff is of the utmost importance.
In order to maintain the highest possible standards and to ensure continued success of our organisation there is need to select "the best person for the job".
The Company believes that the recruitment and selection process is designed to attract applicants with the competencies (skills, knowledge and behaviours), experience, qualifications and potential to meet the requirements of the position and the needs of the Company.
We pursue a policy of hiring, training and promoting, commensurate with each person’s ability and productivity.
as long as you pay 30125 euros of course.
