P2F is the most favourite unlisted qualification attached to JAR/EASA pilot license. It is valid mostly only in conjunction with 737 and A320 type ratings and is required by many companies.

Salary
Retirement
Pass
Uniform
Food and water
Holyday
Sick day
Loss of license
V.A.T.
Simulator

Etc, etc
