Likely not better than anywhere else.

-Lufthansa has just closed its pilot school for at least a year due to a massive overhang in freshly trained F/Os;
-Air Berlin is desperately trying to become profitable again and is expected to reduce its fleet and likely also its workforce seriously;
-XL Germany has just been declared bancrupt;
-Augsburg Airways will lose the contracts with LH in autumn 2013 and it is not yet known what will follow;
-OLT, having bought the remains of Contact Air, has halved its F100 fleet and cut back its schedules accordingly.

And so on. There are already many experienced colleagues hunting for jobs in Germany; more will likely become unemployed in the next months unfortunately. So I would say that noone is really waiting for more freshly trained pilots to enter the market at the moment.
