Anyone totally screwed up a sim assessment, and eventually gone on to land a job?

Just to add to the experiences of those who have posted before, I know of quite a few people who have had nightmares in the simulator and have gone on to good jobs. Consider it a very, very valuable learning tool and you cannot go far wrong. I'm sure every pilot currently flying, if subjected to a similar set of circumstances and pressures would end up with the same outcome at some point. Good luck in the future!
