Transferring from Tiger Air to CX

Hey people, I'm still studying and am aiming to be a self funded student under a "sponsored" cadet programme by STAA Singapore where I get a job after my training with Tiger. (it's weird but this is how it is under the scheme). I'm just wondering if I have completed my studies and work a few years for Tiger and gained a substantiate amount of flying hours with Tiger. Do u think Cathay pacific will be willing to take me in if I apply and of cuz ill be willing to migrate over there? Anyone knows? Btw I'm a female.

once you have two to three thousand jet hours then you should be able to apply anywhere. I know guys who worked for Tiger and now work for Cathay. You will have to see how long your bond is with Tiger
Just a question - why are you thinking about moving even before you have started at Tiger? Should you not at least pay back your training with some loyalty?
