Sri Lankan Airlines - Wannabe pilot needs info
Would love any information I can get about joining SriLankan...
I'm a local Lankan kid who just finished all my licenses abroad, hoping to come back and convert them all before attempting to join.
I know its not really a bed of roses/cake-walk to get in...but I need to know just how bad/how good it REALLY is before I get into it.
As with anything in Lanka I expect politics/political influence, but any other pointers or hints would be welcome.
Thanks!

Finished them in the USA, and I know that conversions from FAA to CAA has recently become daunting, but I'm preparing for that.
I'm slightly more concerned about the actual Sri Lankan Airlines cadet program entry and stuff. I've heard horror stories about the heavy influence on politics etc.

Hey guys I would love to know is it worth completing a CPL in Aus and then making the move to LK to hopefully fly for UL or is it better to go to LK with a PPL, night VFR multi and then completing CPL in LK ?
Cheers
