Question with documents for application

They asked me for:

-verification letter for your authority
-base check certificate


I donīt really know what they mean with that,or where can I take the documents from., any help pleasee

They want a letter from your NAA to confirm that you actually hold the licenses you claim to. I think this is pretty simple for the FAA and can be done online.

The base check cert is your last sim/aircraft IR check. Most country won't go for rolling FAA IR's the will want proof that you have done a check with an examinor within the last 12 months. In the past I have just handed over a copy of my last LPC form and a copy of my ratings page from my license which is common to all JAR licenses.
