CTC ATP or CTC Flexicrew?

CTC ATP or CTC Flexicrew?
So started looking into both of these schemes, and as there haven't really been any updates in the ATP thread, and I can't find a definitive thread on Flexicrew, was just wondering if someone could help me out...once again? 
That's the main points I'm bothered about really. Fair enough it may cost me a bit of money, but I sure as hell don't wish to do P2F with Lionair.
- Does anyone know if the CTC ATP pool is moving at all or likely to move in the near future?
- What qualifications are recommended for the Flexicrew scheme?
- Has anyone been successful with the Flexicrew scheme, and if so when and with what experience?
- Is it worth doing a SSTR and then joining the Flexicrew?
