future command upgrade or another type rated:how to choose
Hi ,
I am in the middle of considering between the below cases :
1. stay with current company with possible command upgrade in 1.5 years (need 1000 hrs more on type) and not very good pay rate and working conditions)
2. move to new company (2 x money earned) and possible future to move to my hometown (because there are the company hubs there) with the offer of long haul type rated.
which one should I choose? should I wait until the upgrade (appx 3 year total to have some more command hrs on type)?
My little girl will go to school next year so that s other major reason.
