Island Air - Hawaii
Word has it that Island Air in Honolulu is quietly seeking first officers for their Dash-8 aircraft. They're pretty small and only fly inter-island but they're the main regional that feeds into Hawaiian Airlines.

From what I was told they have to have similar requirements as Hawaiian, they need 800 hours total time and 200 multi-engine to be considered. They also have to be a US citizen or have the right to work in the US (obviously).
The FAA is requiring that by 2013 all first officers have their FAA ATP so the company is supposedly taking that into consideration in their hiring. Their Chief Pilot told me they want to make sure all new hires can meet FAA ATP requirements before it becomes mandatory. If pilots meet FAA ATP during their initial new hire class the company will give them the ATP concurrently with their FO proficiency check.
The benefit at Island Air is that there are no overnights, all crews return to home base at the conclusion of the flying day. I guess this round of hiring is for an August class and is coincident with Hawaiian's because they expect to lose several captains to Hawaiian.
