Guys, forget about AEE hiring the non-rated pilots. They just released a statement that their 2011 financial year close with a debt of 27.5m Euro. They also refused to pay dividends to share holder this year, even though they had promised they would. Things arent looking to dandy at AEE right now, and its obvious they will not be dishing out ANY money to pay for type ratings.
Its really a shame as they are a fantastic airline. Whoever is non-rated and waiting to get hired, I would forget about it, until September at least.
