Bora Jet Turkey

I have a job interview coming up at Bora Jet and I want to know more about this airline. I checked out the wiki page and the website, but is there anyone here that works there or has had an interview there? Can they tell me more about what's it like to work there? What to expect at the interview? What contracts they offer?
