There is a rather nice Level D 737-300/400/500 simulator in Berlin at Lufthansa Flight Training. But i guess there are tons more, it is still a widely used type.

I know you're after a 300 sim but theres a pretty good 200 sim down at European in Bournemouth, UK. Officially it's a totally different Type but if you're looking to get some experience in a JAR25 aircraft, and a 737 in particular, then this might be a good option.

OAA at Stockley Park near Heathrow has a ropey old 733 sim. Why not do a differences course for the NG instead?
