Can someone please explain to me why this guy deserves so much abuse? I dont understand whats the point of replying things like 'try mcdonalds' or 'you prostitued yourself, now deal with it hahhahahahaah'

And how did he prostitute himself and why is it so wrong when he was probably just doing what he can to realise a dream

The fact that he has all but 200 hours on jet and is not likely to get his contract renewed suggests that he paid to fly. Which is, y'know, bad.

If its the end of a genuine contract, released due to redundancy then join the queue.

If its because you bought 1,000 via P2F and they're up, no sympathy for you.

Many of us do/have put up with crap to pay the bills in this industry and our prior ones. In the current climate, fire your CV out, if you get a bite then great, if not weather the storm.

the last king: there seems to be more A320 opportunities out there at the moment. Perhaps you should look into buying an A320 rating and 500 hours. Perhaps this would strengthen your CV and possibly open new and exciting opportunities as a professional aviator!

I doubt that you will get much sympathy on the wannabes forum, either from the wannabes desperate to be in your shoes, or from the MODS.

Scroggs announcement, (thats the first entry on this section, highlighted in red, which you have failed to notice), which clearly states this forum is only for wannabes looking for their FIRST job.

MODERATION

I let this thread run to allow folks to see that there is still great difficulty for people with even with 1200 hours to get a job.

However the usual clamour of P2F has taken over the thread so I am closing it as it adds nothing to the origianl post.
