Sunexpress Selection Process

Hello,

I am interested in Sunexpress and before applying there just wanted to know if anybody of you guys could tell me how the selection process works. Apart from DLR/psychrometric tests, how is the Interview (form of questions, duration) or any other written test? Appreciate any serious comments. Thanks much.
