IR revalidation = IR Test?

Just filling out an application form, and it's asking for the date of last instrument rating test and date of last proficiency check. I'm not working at the moment, so the last thing I did was an IR revalidation. Which would this count as?

Cheers

Ta, I thought as much. Seems strange as the phrase 'date of last IR test' would suggest there's more than one, and I thought it was only the initial test followed by a lifetime of checks!
