looking for some websites where you can buy/test programs that give some practice for hand eye coordination testing, something you can use with a joystick.

Try this site. The tests are not the same as the compass tests but it will help develop you hand eye coordination.

Buy a Playstation/Xbox/Nintendo/whatever-you-like and some fast-paced shoot-em-up games. If that doesn't develop your hand/eye co-ordination, nothing will.
