is there any DEC recruitment on the dash this year, what about minimum requirements?

All Q400 DEC positions have already been filled. But it may change in a near future.

All the requirements are on Baboo's website.

is the "fluent in french" very strict to join Flybaboo,?.
Well, if you wanna improve your aeronautical french (at least), take a look at "aeronet.fr". This is the french equivalent of pprune.
As far as i'm concerned, i try to improve my english on pprune....

About DEC E190: As far as I know, Baboo is still looking for DEC on the Embraer.
