Just looking for a tip or two on what should be included in my personal references that I have been asked to provide.

Didn't know that airlines ask for references before the interview, thought it was the last thing which is done before offering the job.

I have been asked to provide 3 written references (2 personal and one from an employer)

the 5 year history for the airside pass is the last thing.

Its Ryanair isn't it? well my personal references were from friends, basically said I was a stand up guy, a legend in many respects, they made me out to be the Dali Lama's brother.... thats the kind of letter you want.... if you have to get people to lie, then you probably really should take a look at your life choices....and the type of person you are...
