where to find money for a hcpl?
is there anyone who can tell me where i can find a money for hcpl????I have a part but need like 16.000€.if someone knows intitutions who understand and can give me a loan ,please let me know.im alone without family so have to count on myself.

Hi there. You could apply for a career development loan which allows you to borrow up to £8000.
