El Al jobs??
Hi,
Ive searched here, but to no avail.
Does anybody know about working conditions for El Al? More specifically; do they recruit civilians or are all pilots ex mil.?What are career prospects like within the company etc etc.
Any information would be much appreciated.

I know they hire civilian pilots now, but itīs competitive if you go against ex-military. I donīt know how many hours they ask for, I heard once it was minimum 1000hrs, but Iīm not sure.
