Typical HR and tech Questions

Fellow wannabe chaps and chapesses

have an interview soon, so want to prepare for the types of questions HR people and technical interviewers fire at you. Im not really interested in your opinion on how to answer the question i can figure that bit out. So if you care to share questions i would love to hear.

The reason why i dont want your opinion is not because im a big headed miserable b*****d, but because someone will simply disagree with you, and someone will disagree with them and so on. The thread will then descend in to a useless farsical debate as to how to hired, and when the thread gets to page 4 someone will ask whats the best way to hired by ryanair and what bus goes past the EMA ryanair assessment centre.

Eg from the HR side of things i can think of are:

what is the role of a first officer?
why do you want to join XYZ?
What qualities can you bring?
Tell us a situation where you demonstrated good judgemnt?

Eg from the tech side of things i can think of are:

Why do aircraft have swept wings?
What are VMCg and VMCa respectively? these are all i can think of

and so on..............
