Atlantic Reconnaissance (RVL)
Does anybody have any recent(ish) experience of recruitment and interview process with this outfit.
Is everybody based at Coventry, then moved to cover other bases as and when required, or do they recruit seperately for each base?
Thanks in advance,

Hi Guys
The interview is usually conducted by the MD / Chief Pilot and HR Manager. It is generally an informal chat with questions about previous flying experience etc...Nothing to tricky there aren't there to catch you out. Im unsure if there is a sim ride usually they fly in one of the company a/c if they decide to do a flight test.
Roster varies but you usually get 8 days off a month and can be expected to operate from any of the company bases, currently Blackpool/East Mids/Inverness and anywhere else they have a contract from. You are generally rostered to work either days which is being on standby and contactable from 6 am till 6 pm or nights which is 6 pm till 6 am. Roster is issued for about 4 weeks in advance of current date.
As for salary Im unsure what the exact figures are but I do know that it is attractive given the current economic situation and one of the better survey company salaries, with added benefits of away from base payments etc.
