OAT NJE Scheme Assessment
Any info what you can expect on the assessment with OAT for the NJE Scheme: like group exercises, what type of psychometric testing, 16PF or similar psych testing, SHL style ???

It's pretty much the standard OAT process just without the Sim test. There is a wealth of information about that here and on the OAT site.
