CRM Quetions at interview

Hi,
I have an interview coming up and would like some opinions on possible CRM questions that may be asked at interview eg-

What would you do/say if the captain was operating outside of the company SOP's but not a safety issue?

What would you do/say if the captain was operating in an unsafe manner?

Any other examples would be gratefully received.

Thanks Guys

Hello there!

here are some recently asked CRM questions:

1- How would you describe CRM to a person not involved in aviation?

2- What makes an efficient team?

3- Is communication just a verbal process?

4- What makes a good communication?

5- What are SOPs & are they of any benefit to A/C operations?

6- Would you deviate from SOPs?

Then I can turn to more personal questions but still CRM related, like "can you tell me a time when you had to deal with a conflict?"...

Best of luck for your interview.
