Thumbs up

If it is any consolation I 'failed' about 10 selection processes in my quest to land my first airline job. It is all about playing the game. After a period of time you will learn what hoops you have to jump through after gaining experience.

Don't let it get you down, learn from it and keep trying.

All the best.
